The insulation condition of a Shunt Reactor can be assessed by the Polarisation Depolarisation Current (PDC) technique.

• Moisture-in-paper
• Insulation Resistance and Polarisation Index
• Frequency scan of Capacitance
• Frequency scan of Dielectric Dissipation Factor (DDF) or tan δ
• Recovery Voltage Polarisation Spectrum
